Artists’ Panel Discussion for ImageOHIO 15 at ROY G BIV

ROY G BIV Gallery proudly presents ImageOHIO 15, the 15th annual exhibition celebrating Ohio’s best photography, video art, and various digital media works. The exhibition is currently on display at the Fort Hayes Shot Tower Gallery (gallery hours: Mon- Fri 9 am- 5 pm) through February 20, 2015.

Join these great selected artists, some of which are OAL members, for the Artists’ Panel Discussion the closing night of ImageOHIO 15– Fri., February 20 – from 1 PM to 2 PM.

OAL’s Spring Juried Exhibition Deadline Draws Near!

It’s that time of year again, everybody!

Ohio Art League’s Spring Juried Exhibition is one of the main components of our annual programming, and this year SJE will be held at Fort Hayes Shot Tower Gallery– an incredible space to show off your incredible art!

It’s not too late to submit entries and have the opportunity to exhibit your artwork alongside other geniuses of the community. Deadline for submission is THIS SUNDAY Feb. 1st by 11:59 AM (nearly noon)!!!!

Members and non-members are eligible to submit- as long as you’re 18+- but members enter for FREE! If you have yet to sign up as an OAL member, now is the perfect time to seize the opportunity to promote and critique your work amongst our 600+ membership base!

Artists will be notified of their participation Feb. 16, 2015, after works undergo the jurying process by CCAD’s Graduate Studies Administrator Richard Petry.

 

Extended Deadline for ImageOHIO 15!

The deadline for ImageOHIO 15, hosted by ROY G BIV Gallery, submissions has been extended through Nov. 3rd (that’s TODAY!) at midnight!

That means, for those of you who have yet to enter, you still have a chance to be part of the monumental statewide, juried exhibition of the best photographic, video and new media art in Ohio! Artists must be from or living in Ohio and only photography, video and new media art will be considered.

ImageOHIO 15 will be exhibiting at Fort Hayes Shot Tower Gallery from January 20, 2015- February 20, 2015. The Opening Reception is Jan. 23 from 7-9 pm, and an Artists Discussion will be held on the 20th of Feb. from 1-2 pm.

Call for Entries: ImageOHIO 15 via ROY G BIV

ROY G BIV Gallery for Emerging Artistsof Columbus, OH is accepting submissions forImageOHIO 15, a statewide, juried exhibition of the best photographic, video and new media art in Ohio.

Only photography, video and new media art (work involving the Internet, digital technology, computers, video games, robotics, augmented reality or biotechnology) will be considered. Get creative! The future depends on you!

Juror Benjamin Montague, Assistant Professor in Photography at Wright State University, will select the exhibiting artists. Montague has works on display in the collections of the Columbus Museum of Art and the New Mexico Museum of Art in Santa Fe.

Deadline for submission is October 30 by midnight! It’s easy!

Entries are limited to artists living in or who are from Ohio. The selected artists’ work will be exhibited from January 20 – February 20, 2015, at the Fort Hayes Shot Tower Gallery.

The Opening Reception for ImageOHIO 15 is January 23 from 7- 9 pm in the Shot Tower Gallery, and an Artists Panel Discussion will be held February 20 from 1 -2 pm.
