CCHS is a not for profit organization that provides support services for adults with developmental disabilities through a variety of experiences.

Por Vida IV
Por Vida is a contemporary interpretation of the Day of the Dead, located in Columbus, Ohio. Incorporating art, entertainment, and local business support, this event is a vibrant community honoring the lives of lost loved ones. The annual art exhibition is an integral portion of the celebration and culture. Por Vida IV will include 25 artists, 15 of which will be juried into the show through an open call for artists. Call for entry begins Sunday, June 12 and ends Sunday, August 14th.
The Por Vida art exhibition will begin at Junctionview Studios October 29 – 30, and travel to Salon Hotel Lily in the Short North arts district of Columbus for the month of November. The exhibit is annually curated and juried by Columbus artist Kat Marie Moya; a professional artist, tattoo artist, and the sole curator and organizer of Por Vida I, II, and III.

“The Language of Art” features visual art complemented by ekphrasis poetry – the graphic, often dramatic description of a visual work of art in poem. Selected artwork will be assigned to a poet, who will produce a poem that reflects their experience with the art. This show features multiple OAL members.
