Call For Entry! Fall Juried Exhibition


Submissions are now open for our annual Fall Juried Exhibition

     These exhibitions have been held every year since 1910. Nationally renowned artists, judges, and curators attend the event .Our most recent juror Denny Griffith who judged our Spring Juried Exhibition. They are held at locations such as the Columbus Museum of Art, Fort Hayes Shot Tower Gallery, and the Columbus Cultural Arts Center.

The Submission Deadline is September 23rd

     The Juror of Esteem this year will be, Rod Bouc, Deputy Director of Operations at the Columbus Museum of Art.

Winter Art Classes!


The McConnell Arts Center will help you get through this exceptional winter through art classes!  From painting to ceramics, the MAC is ready to help you bring out your artistic side and develop a new skill set.

Oil Painting

The McConnell Arts Center’s oil painting class helps you develop your style as a painter, whether you prefer creating a captivating landscape or painting a personal still life. 

Tuesdays, February 18-March 25 or Wednesdays, February 19-March 26

2:00 pm-5:00pm or 6:00pm-9:00pm

Fee: $125 (Members: $112)

Ceramics: Open Studio Sessions

The ceramics class is designed to give you your own creative independence on your projects during the studio time. There will be no instructing.

Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: Noon-5:00 pm

Fee: $60 (Members: $54)

Drop-in Fee: $10/hour (Members: $9/hour)
