Since 1910, Ohio Art League and it’s annual juried shows have been the backbone of the organization’s artistic programming, showcasing contemporary work by Ohio artists.

Visual artists, 18 years of age or older who live in the state of Ohio, are eligible for entry in the Ohio Art League’s Spring Juried Exhibition. Awards will be determined by juror selection after installation of artwork. Awards will be announced at the reception.

Exhibition runs: September 8 – October 15, 2015

Opening reception: Friday, September 11, 2015 from 6-8pm

Artist Notifications: August 15, 2015
Artist work drop off: August 24 – 28 at Fort Hayes Shot Tower Gallery from 9am – 4pm daily
Artist work pickup: October 19 & 20 from 8am – 4pm
* Any artwork not picked up will need to contact Ohio Art League at al@oal.org or at 614-299-8225

Streetcar District Art Series- Public Art Project

The Neighborhood Design Center, with support from The Columbus Public Art Program, the Greater Columbus Arts Council, the Columbus Foundation and the Dailey Foundation has launched the Request for Qualification/Artist Call for the Livingston Park Public Art Project.

DEADLINE: May 1, 2015 by 5 PM

Livingston Park, located on Livingston Avenue across the street from Children’s Hospital, between Ann Street and South 18th Street in Columbus, is a prime location to showcase a community-oriented and historically-themed masterpiece. The project is the second in a series to celebrate Livingston Avenue as the location of the first streetcar line in Columbus. Artists living and/or working in Ohio are welcome to submit qualifications for this excellent opportunity.
Budget: $50,000, all inclusive.
